Advice for if someone has taken over your home, you are being kept against your will, or forced to do something you don’t want to do:

This is a criminal offence and you need to report this to the Police immediately, you must also let them know if you are concerned about your safety.

Please advise us of any issues you have had if the alleged perpetrator is a customer of Paradigm and we will work with them to investigate and take the most appropriate actions.  These actions will be led by the outcome of any police investigation.

We may be able to refer you to appropriate agencies by making a safeguarding referral to help you deal with the issues you are experiencing. This might include the Customer Support team within Paradigm.

In extreme circumstances, you might be able to apply for housing in an alternative area either through Paradigm or your Local Authority Housing team.

We may be able to help you secure alternative housing out of the area by using Homeswapper UK or other appropriate agencies.
